About Rosie
Rosie graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University in 2013 with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy and has worked in the National Health Service since graduating covering a ray of specialised areas. In 2016 she become a Senior Pelvic Health Physiotherapist within Greater Glasgow and Clyde working in Obsetrict care and also urogyneacological services.
Rosie has a very active history within sport in running, hockey and weight lifting. She is extremely passionate about what physical activity can do not only from a health perspective but improving ones mental health. She feels women are commonly told to give up certain exercises or being told to not return to certain formats due to pelvic health conditions and feels this is very misleading. The main reason behind the private clinic forming.
Due to Rosie’s previous experience and interest working in Musculoskeletal physiotherapy and amateur rugby her knowledge goes beyond just the pelvic floor and this background allows her to individualise treatment to the individual in more of an holistic approach.
Rosie’s interest does not lie in one area of pelvic health. Within pelvic health she is interested in every patient walking through the door if it’s for proactive meassures in pregnancy to post natal pelvic floor recovery, diastasis or post operative hysterectomy recovery for a example she feels she can help you.
Rosie is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists, Pelvic Obstetric & Gynaecological Physiotherapy Society and the HCPC.
In line with this she has studied further with:
Antony Low Physiodective: female athlete course
Grainne Donnelly: Diastasis
The female athlete course
Pop Up Pro - Prolapse enhancement professional course
WHTPA Childbirth injuries and pregnancy (yearly update courses)
Pelvic Pain Network: Pelvic Pain over view and update 2024

How to access Rosie
Rosie understands accessing Pelvic Health Physiotherapy can be extremely difficult due to financial constraints, postcode lottery, child care difficulty or not really knowing where to start with your concerns.
That is why she has created her online courses to compliment her in person clinic appointments. All the golden nuggets of information she wished every female could access, evidence based; pelvic health made simple.
